Led by bartender and herbalist Amanda Shoemaker, this unique experience dives into the storied world of bitters—from their apothecary origins to their place behind today’s bar. Guests will explore a curated selection of herbs, spices, and botanicals to craft two custom blends, with expert guidance and plenty of room to experiment.
