Explore absinthe through two tasting stations featuring a traditional pour and an absinthe cocktail, with light bites throughout the evening. Learn about the spirit’s history, traditions, and distinctive flavor while discovering something unexpected.

COCKTAIL CRITICS

Put your palate to the test at Cocktail Critics, an interactive tasting experience at Galloway’s. Sample six handcrafted cocktails alongside light bites, then cast your vote for your favorite. The winning cocktail will earn a permanent spot on the Galloway’s menu.
